Maximize Productivity with Todoist
I use Todoist, and it’s been very helpful! It’s really easy to use, straightforward, and has a lot of power behind it. It’s essentially a list-making app where you tick things off, but it has some extra features that you can use if you need them (or are willing to pay for them). However, it’s also great as a free tool for everyday needs.
What I really like about Todoist is that it works across different platforms, it’s quick to open (I use Evernote for note-taking, but it’s too slow for my to-do lists), and I can postpone all my tasks with just one click. It’s also great that I can bring in items from other apps like Slack and Chrome and turn them into tasks, plus I can easily keep my work and personal tasks separate.
But the best part, in my opinion, is the iOS lock screen widget for Todoist. It lets me quickly add tasks without even having to unlock my phone, which is incredibly convenient and fast.

Streamline Documentation with Mem.ai
As our operation gets larger and more diverse, there’s exponentially more information for us to keep track of. One of our biggest growing pains has been documentation. There was a point early on where we had a single Google Doc that was our “operations bible.” Any reasonably informed employee could have used that document to do any task in the entire company.
These days, there are half a dozen different “bibles” for different departments, and some of our key experts spend more and more of their time answering other people’s questions. The tool we’ve started using to tame that mess is Mem.ai. It’s able to synthesize coherent, live, linked, automatically updating documents from all of our existing work, plus emails, meeting transcripts, and calendar events. It’s incredible, and I’m sorry we didn’t start using it sooner.

Boost Efficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot
For me, Microsoft 365 Copilot has been like a breakthrough in how I handle my desktop work. It’s an advanced digital assistant that works with Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. I’ve had the chance to try it out while it’s still in its late beta phase, and I’m really impressed. I’m convinced that this virtual AI assistant is set to significantly enhance what we can do, as Copilot begins to take on more tasks independently.
What’s great about Copilot is how it seamlessly syncs with my calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings, and contacts in Microsoft 365. It’s super easy to ask Copilot to reply to messages or to whip up summaries and presentations from the data I have. I find its integration with Microsoft Office incredibly helpful.
In Word, Copilot helps me write, edit, summarize, and co-create content. In PowerPoint, I use it to turn my ideas into well-designed presentations just by giving natural language instructions. In Excel, it’s a game-changer for analyzing data, spotting trends, and making professional data visualizations quickly. I also use it in Teams, where it makes meetings more effective by providing real-time summaries and action items during conversations.
