Client Executive/HRIS Specialist

Full-time

We are searching for an Account Manager/HRIS Specialist who can join our team and make an impact to our business results and our customer experience. If you are a self starter, have excellent communication skills and proficient with HRIS/Benefits Administration systems, we want to talk to you. Passion, customer care, integrity, flawless execution and ability to blaze a trail are key traits we are looking for. The role:
  • Care of a defined customer base, day to day servicing needs of their employee benefits and wellbeing programs.
  • Onboarding and servicing new customers.
  • Assisting customer employees with day to day benefit questions and/or issues

  • Meeting and presenting to customers and their employees
  • Management of our clients HRIS/Benefits Administration systems (Implementation, support and maintenance)
  • Payroll/HRIS project based work: Project management, builds/implementation and oversight
  • Maintain and manage compliance items for customers
  • Administration and upkeep of Agency Management System
  • Represent beni.fit and actively become involved in relevant industry associations and events
Requirements:

: Establish and manage 3-5 KPIs that track our digital success

: Manage client, prospect and employee social / networking events (think craft beer and pickleball)
: Research companies and key decision makers at target clients and support sales in outreach
: Support projects to enhance the culture and team experience

HOW WILL YOU ACHIEVE THESE PRIORITIES?

: Building and testing in-bound marketing techniques: email, landing pages, content, paid media
: Source, create and manage all brand content : photos, videos, testimonials, education, data, illustrations
: Set-up an email CRM and content plan for prospects and clients
: Managing key social media assets : Linkedin / Insta
: Hosting social and educational events
: Sourcing and managing freelancers (as required)

REQUIREMENTS:

: Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and disciplined, leadership skills and an innovative mindset
: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
: Experience in graphic design, brand development and visual communications
: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design related)
: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, etc..)
