Head of Sales

Full-time

The Head of Sales will be focused on driving new business for beni.fit. This position represents a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who has proven sales in benefits insurance to scale the company into a multi-million dollar, best-in-class company.

The Head of Sales will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for creating winning formulas to drive sales for specific segments and geographies across the US.

This position will work closely with our customer account team for successful retention tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Devise and implement the company’s sales strategy.
  • Set revenue targets for the company and close new business to meet those targets.
  • Speak at conferences and events about the company’s products and services.
  • Implement sales strategies across the company and monitor effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the accounts team in order to retain existing business.
  • Work with CEO on budgeting and planning.
  • Negotiate agreements for contracts with customers and carriers ensuring commerciality.
  • Implement an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process, leveraging our CRM
  • Implement best practice in sales techniques throughout the company.
Background of the Sales Director
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Previous experience working as a sales director ideally for a similar organization.
  • Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams.
  • Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  • Formal sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Life/Health producer license required
Content Manager

Full-time or Part-time

If you know how to craft great stories and you want to collaborate with creative, counter-culture, industry-driving marketers, this could be your dream opportunity.

Your core role will be working with the founder and CEO along with the Head of Strategy to help create and publish content that fuels the beni.fit brand to reach HR leaders and CEOs of progressive, purpose-driven companies in Arizona and across the US.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Work directly with the CEO to develop content to build our audience for our ebooks, videos, social platforms and podcast
  • Content creation and curation, including calendar management. This includes written content and storyboarding for videos and webinars
  • Podcast: identifying guests, publishing blog posts and promotion of podcast
  • Video content management and simple editing
  • Website management and administration, extending to landing page design and management
  • Service and product campaign development and management
  • Management of FB, Insta, and LinkedIn pages
Marketing and Sales Intern
